Ciao Ireland brings to Ireland Pasta Garofalo, “La Pasta di Gragnano” from Italy.

Gragnano is a small town a few kilometres away from Naples. It was here that the industrial production of pasta started, with the techniques to dry and preserve it. The main ingredient is durum wheat.

“Garofalo” is one of the most well known brand names of pasta producers in Italy. It is a renowned mark of quality in over 60 countries around the globe and now Garofalo pasta is available on your door step here in Ireland.

Ciao Ireland is the only Irish shop online with 25 different pasta shapes to tickle your tastebuds and make mealtimes exciting for all the family, every day.

Pasta Garofalo is made with the finest quality durum wheat flour.

Now you can find also one of the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Puglia directely from the producer.

How to cook pasta the Italian way:
  • Boil a generous quantity of water
  • When the water is boiling add salt - 1 tablespoon every 2 litres of water
  • Add the required amount of pasta and give it a stir
  • Set the timer for the required cooking time (see "Cottura" on back of pack)
  • Stir the pasta occasionaly
  • When the time is up taste it and, if you are happy, strain it straight away

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do, “Buon Appetito”.
